Henri Jayer 是20 世纪勃根地最著名的酿酒师，以打造气韵浓郁优雅的Pinot Noir 闻名于世。Henri Jayer 曾于1978 至1987年间向Camuzet家族承租葡萄田，其中Richebourg由于土地面积狭小，产量尤为稀少，自1987 年后便停止生产。

同时，Jayer也不断收购Vosne-Romanée村Cros-Parantoux的葡萄园，并自1978 年起开始生产此单一地块的酒款，每年产量仅3500 瓶。Henri Jayer 于2006 年过世，其所酿制的酒款，皆受到藏家热烈的欣赏与追捧。
