秉持着「成为差劲年份的佼佼者 」的精神，Perrin 家族延续传统酿造技法，酒庄全面采用有机法耕作，装瓶前不进行过滤，而是以蛋白做澄清处理，故Beaucastel 的酒有着极浓郁复杂的香气， 酒体厚实饱满，Cuvee Hommage à Jacques Perrin 是自1989 年开始仅在好年份生产的纪念酒款，这款酒罕见地采用老藤Mourvèdre 做为主角，产量稀少，自问世以来已有多个年份获得Robert Parker 100 分的满分评价。
