Port Charlotte與Octomore皆為Bruichladdich旗下的系列，2006年推出的Port Charlotte 走的是重泥煤系列，而於2008 年首次推出的Octomore 則為超重泥煤的特別裝瓶系列，兩者皆是總調酒師Jim McEwan 為挑戰高頸式蒸餾器的極限嘗試。其中，Lot 810 即為2008年推出的第一版超重泥煤Octomore，泥煤酚(phenol)值達131；Lot 811 的2009 年第二版，泥煤酚值則創新高達140 ppm。
