Sous Le Dos d'Âne原為Meursault種植Pinot Noir的三大地塊之一。1995年，Anne Claude女士認為此地的土質更加適合種植白葡萄，故改為栽種Chardonnay，2001年即為此地塊的第一個白酒年份，儘管葡萄樹齡僅有6年，卻有著豐富的花果香氣、清亮的礦物質風味與複雜有層次的口感。
