Born in Shunde, Guangdong, Chen Zihe was graduated from the University of Guangzhou. Chen followed his father in his education of Chinese literature, calligraphy and paintings. He took up prominent roles in education and political sectors. He became a professor at the National Chengchi University and was an advocate of Chinese calligraphy and paintings in Taiwan and abroad.
